LinkVista — CaveTech Sàrl

1. About the Service

LinkVista is a link-in-bio service operated by CaveTech Sàrl, a limited liability company incorporated under Swiss law, with its registered office in Lausanne, Suisse.

LinkVista enables users to create a public page centralising their links, social media profiles, content, and contact information.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkVista, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.

CaveTech Sàrl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or via the dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use LinkVista, users must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities occurring under their account.

Users agree to provide accurate, current information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or deleted.

The minimum age to register is 16 years. Minors must have the consent of their legal guardian.

4. Pricing Plans

LinkVista offers two plans:

Free Plan: limited to 2 links with basic features. No payment required.
Premium Plan: unlimited links, click statistics, advanced customisation (themes, button styles, fonts), link images. Monthly billing.
Prices are displayed in EUR for European users. Brazilian users see prices in BRL (Brazilian Real). Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. CaveTech Sàrl does not store any card data on its servers.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use LinkVista lawfully and respectfully.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Publishing illegal, hateful, defamatory, obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
Using the service for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent activity;
Attempting to circumvent security measures or access third-party accounts;
Reproducing, copying, or redistributing the service without prior authorisation from CaveTech Sàrl.

6. Intellectual Property

The LinkVista service, including its source code, design, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of CaveTech Sàrl and is protected under Swiss and international intellectual property law.

Users retain ownership of all content they publish on their page. By publishing content, users grant CaveTech Sàrl a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it as part of the service.

7. Personal Data Protection

CaveTech Sàrl processes user personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected (email, username, published links, click statistics) is used solely to operate the service.

Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, payment) strictly within the scope of delivering the service.

LinkVista is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (www.infomaniak.com), with servers located in Switzerland, ensuring a high level of data protection in compliance with Swiss law.

Users have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase their data by contacting info@cavetech.ch.

Click tracking is enabled for analytics purposes. IP addresses are partially anonymised.

8. Cookies

LinkVista uses strictly necessary cookies for service operation (login session, preferences).

No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used without explicit consent.

9. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time from the dashboard. Deletion results in permanent erasure of all associated data.

CaveTech Sàrl reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms, without notice or refund.

If a Premium subscription is cancelled during an active period, premium access remains available until the end of the paid period.

10. Limitation of Liability

LinkVista is provided "as is." CaveTech Sàrl does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and disclaims all liability for service outages, data loss, or indirect damages.

CaveTech Sàrl's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
